Saratosa Wedding Photographer for Lauren + Tyler at Powel Crosley

Photographing Lauren and Tyler’s Sarasota wedding was amazing.  Though the day started off as a very wet, rainy day, the Powel Crosley Estate proved to be the perfect setting for this romantic, vintage style wedding.  I knew when we photographed their Tampa engagement session that this couple was going to be all too much fun to get behind my lens!  So I was thrilled to get to do it again at their wedding.  There were so many fabulous picture opportunities at Powel Crosley; it is a wedding photographer’s dream (and I think the couple was quite happy too!)  :) .
I have to admit, I was bit nervous when I saw the weather that morning; especially knowing how Lauren had her heart set on having the wedding outside in the Powel Crosley‘s waterside courtyard. But the rain did not stop this incredible wedding day.  Lauren was stunning!Tyler getting ready…love the cufflinks!  The colors that the couple chose were so vibrant and elegant.Tyler and Lauren chose to have a “First Look”, opting to see each other in private before the ceremony.  I LOVE this for so many reasons.  It gives the bride and groom the chance to have an extremely special and intimate moment, sharing their love and emotions without anyone else around.  It also gives the photographers the chance to create some magic with that intimacy. The bride and groom in The Ship Room of Powel Crosley:The cake was stunning and delicious and the decor was so divine!

As Lauren and Tyler were announced for the first time as husband and wife, they entered the reception to the Florida State war chant, with arms of the guests striking through the air.  When the couple looked at me, I jokingly said, “I QUIT” (I bleed orange and blue, ya’ know!!)  ha!  I will wrap this up with one of my favorite images of the evening. So happy for you both, and so thrilled to be able to capture your wedding day for you, Lauren and Tyler.  Have a blast on your honeymoon.

Special thank you to all of the wedding professionals who helped to make this wedding day perfect:  Caterer: Milan Catering and Event Design, Wedding Coordination: Sarasota Wedding Gallery, DJ: RJ Vida, Wedding Gown: CC’s Boutique, Cake: Publix, Florist: Jennifer Vazquez. Meet Nick Peterson from The Bachelorette

Hearts swooned as JP wooed Ashley on this season of  The Bachelorette.   While the happy couple did find love, one Tampa personal trainer did not.  But do not fear, ladies!  Nick Peterson returned to Tampa, head held high, and dove right back into his passion- training people to become physically fit; especially training brides to get in killer shape for their weddings!  Andi Diamond Photography had the opportunity to photograph Nick in our South Tampa studio and pick his brain a bit about the show.  We also opened up the floor to some of our current brides-to-be who are huge Bachelor/Bachelorette fans to see what burning questions they had for this South Tampa personal trainer.1.   I would like to know his thoughts on the Bentley saga????  Was Bentley as bad as they made him out to be?  Being from Tampa- does he know Bentley? I didn’t know Bentley before going out there to film…met him at the first cocktail party.  He was nice to me and we had several conversations about how he missed his daughter and thought it   was best if he went home.  Had no idea he wasn’t interested in Ashley, to say the least! Lol

2.  What was his favorite part about being on the show? Traveling with the reamaining 12 guys and the crew was incredible!  I had never been overseas so Thailand was quite an experience!

3.  Did they really drink ALL the time? Not ALL the time…we slept for a few hours.  Haha no but there was always plenty of alcohol available…whatever and whenever you wanted.  Some guys would get up and start their day with a mimosa.

4.  What was the mask guy like? I took a liking to Jeff right away…some guys didn’t.  Especially Tim the drunk.  Most people found the mask odd but it really didn’t bother me. Jeff and I are good friends and still keep in touch quite a bit.  He’s actually really funny and I think people got to see that side of him when he made his appearances on Bachelor Pad.

5.   Who was his favorite guy to hang out with on the show? Ames and I quickly became buddies.  We’d always work out together in the mornings and cook up some healthy food!

6.  Has he remained friends/in touch with any of the other guys on the show? I still keep in touch with quite a few of the guys!  I speak with William, Constantine, Ben F, Ben C, Blake, and Mickey the most!

7.  Would he want to be the Bachelor? If given the opportunity, I would definitely accept the role as the Bachelor!

8.  Has he been asked to be the Bachelor? I was not asked to be the Bachelor.  Typically he will be pulled from the top few guys from the Bachelorette.  I was “9th place” which was a little far removed and not as fresh in everyone’s memory.

9.  Was he able to workout? We did workout…I would create little circuits for the guys who wanted to workout.  That was probably dumb on my part to help the other guys stay in shape! Haha

10.  Was there a gym at the house? There actually was not a gym in the house.  I was upset when I heard that!  But I took bands and tried to get creative to keep in shape!11.  Did Ashley work out all the time? I don’t know if she worked out much or not.  She lived at a different house.  She was definitely in shape so I’m sure she had been preparing for it!

12.  Does he think Ashley and JP will make it? I know most of the relationships in the past haven’t lasted, but believe it or not I think these two will.  JP is a great guy and Ashley is head over heels for him, so I can see them making it.

13.   Did he even like Ashley??? I was interested…but that’s the most I can say since I got all group dates.  The one-on-one date is key, and it’s unrealistic to have any serious feelings after four group dates.

14.     It’s 2 months to my wedding – how do I get BRIDE ARMS, PRONTO?????!!! You’ll have to train with me for that!

15.  What do you think is the best diet out there? I don’t believe in any fad diets.  They may help you lose weight fast, but you’ll end up putting it back on, and more.  They key is learning how to eat healthy for life and that’s something I help my clients with.  It’s a marathon, not a sprint.

16.  Best triceps exercise? For toning the triceps, focus on dips and tricep extensions.

On a side note, make sure to stop by the Andi Diamond Photography booth this Saturday, October 15 at the Tampa Convention Center for the Great Bridal Expo.  Register to win a complimentary engagement session with Tampa wedding photographer, Andi Diamond, wedding photography incentives, and personal training sessions with Nick Peterson (think….bye bye bat wings of the arm, hello strapless wedding dress!)  Yes ladies, he will be there, and yes….he is single.  But I guess if you are there for a bridal show, that does not really matter.   But you have single bridesmaids, right?!  :) .  Hope to see you there!

Tampa Wedding Photographers for Caroline + Joe

Ahhh….young love.  It is fun, flirty, and for Caroline and Joe it is FOREVER.  When Caroline first contacted me to photograph her wedding, she had a very interesting story to share.  Her and Joe were only 18 years old but they knew they had found their sole mates and they were ready to make it official.  Their story of young love truly intrigued me, as did their maturity and drive for what they believed in.  Here are some of my faves that Patrick and I captured on their wedding day.  The wedding was very DIY (do-it-yourself), and it was amazing to see all of the little touches that made everything so perfect.  Caroline opted for a picnic themed wedding and it was adorable!I was amazed to see how all of the members of Caroline and Joe’s church pulled together to make their day so special- from decorating to catering, they did it all!The church was in Seffner so there was plenty of greenery.  I love me some good greenery to photograph a wedding dress and wedding details!Caroline’s smile can light up a room. One thing that the couple told me was incredibly important to them was photography, so we took some extra time to create images for their album. They are so sweet with each other!I don’t know who had more fun while we captured these images- the bride and groom or Patrick and I!And I will wrap up this wedding sneak peek with my favorite image of the day!CONGRATS Caroline and Joe.  Thanks you for your trust in creating your wedding artwork!  xo Andi

Tampa Engagement Photographer for Brian + Erica

When I first spoke with Erica, I knew I liked her.  She seemed polished, organized, smart, and put together.  Since they live in Orlando, we got to meet for the first time at their Tampa engagement session.  In chatting about their personalities and relationship, I thought an engagement shoot at the Renaissance Tampa International Plaza Hotel would be perfect.  Since they wanted to include their fur baby, Bailey, we continued to shoot outside around International Plaza, too!  Check it out..with some fun video capture as well.

We can’t wait to photograph their St. Petersburg beach wedding at the Hyatt Clearwater in March.  On a side note, check back to our blog soon to see images from a recent photo shoot with Nick Peterson, from The Bachelorette, read some Q & A from some of our brides, and get his tips on getting in shape for your wedding at home or with his Bridal Bootcamps!
