Meet the J Family

Seriously….the J. family is always so polished and put together.  It actually is not fair, and I guess I am a bit jealous- there I said it.  Stomp, stomp.   It probably has something to do with the fact that Jodi is the owner of  Premier Concierge, a lifestyle management, planning and concierge service that provides work life balance assistance to clients in Tampa Bay and New York City.  So yeah, she is always on top of her game, and Steven and the kids always appear to be, too.  Oh, how I wish for such polish.  :)   Even in the blazing heat of Tampa’s summer, they don’t even appear to break a sweat.  How is that possible?  Check out their session by Palma Ceia Golf and Country Club in South Tampa:

I hope this makes you smile, Jodi and Steven.  I have enjoyed capturing the kids as they grow- I am trying to pause time as much as I can!! xo

Life with little boys

Life as I would imagine it in the F. household is full of smiles, games, hugs, kisses, and maybe even some mischief (ok,  definitely some mischief!).  So I would expect the same thing when photographing 3 brothers under the age of 4.  My little boy just turned 4 and I know what that entails- so I have to admit, I said a little prayer before I headed out to the University of Tampa in downtown South Tampa that day for my portrait session with Simon, Graham, and Luke.  I took a deep breath, put on my game face, and went to work.  As it turns out, I did not even need to rally because the boys were a cake walk- they really were!  Whew!  (I sighed a huge relief!  ha!).  Check out their portrait session and you will see what I mean:

On a side note, calling all Mommies-to-be!  Check out “Showering Mom and Baby with Comfort” hosted by Pottery Barn Kids in Hyde Park (804 South Village Circle, Tampa, FL 33606) this Saturday, June 19th at 8:30am.  Learn the essentials for a comfortable nursery,  a comfortable baby: the top ten essentials for baby, a comfortable mom, exercise and relaxation, and comfort food for baby with a special homemade baby food demonstration.  Some fab vendors will be there including Andi Diamond Photography (with some  gift certificates for complimentary portrait sessions!).  Hope to see you there!

The U. Family (Tampa Family Photography)

Have I ever mentioned that I LOVE my career?  One of the many aspects that makes it so incredibly special is that I get to see children and families grow.  I have been photographing Sophia since she was a newborn, and she is now the ripe old age of 2 1/2, full of spunk and personality!  I know her mommy is checking my blog daily, so I can’t leave her hanging any more!  Just a few of my select faves!children-and-family-photography-tampa-baychildren-and-family-photography-tampa-bay-1children-and-family-photography-tampa-bay-2And because I love me a good ole’ out-take or two……I guess Sophia thought her daddy made a pretty good salt lick!  ha!children-and-family-photography-tampa-bay-3Loved creating these images for you, Claudine and Joe!  And so glad Sophia had fun, too!  xo  :) Andi

The Beautiful L. Family (Tarpon Springs Children’s/Family Photography)

I love watching siblings interact- especially at a portrait session.  Clearly every family member has his/her own personality and I love the task of trying to capture it while we all interact together.  This portrait session was especially fun for me because I got to go to Tarpon Springs to the sponge docks.  What an awesome backdrop!  So scenic and unique (albeit a tad smelly…gotta love those fish heads!  ha!)  This was definitely a change of pace from my usual Tampa locations and I loved every minute of it!  Fraser, Noah, Sophia, and Caleb each have a story to tell; each in their own way.  tarpon-springs-childrens-and-family-photographytarpon-springs-childrens-and-family-photography-2tarpon-springs-childrens-and-family-photography-3Fraser has big plans for college and his sights are set on Alabama.  Glad you are keeping it in the SEC Fraser…but the Gators are going to smash Alabama on Saturday!  :)   You were such a trouper at our session!  Thank you!  Noah, I love how easy-going you are!  I guess being 1 of 3 brothers, you have to learn to roll with the punches (but I am sure there are never any punches thrown in this family!).  Sophia, the only girl amongst 3 brothers!  I have a feeling every future boyfriend better watch out!  And this beauty will have them beating down her door!  Caleb, you are too sweet.  I love how you let your personality shine (and for the record- I LOVED the hat!)tarpon-springs-childrens-and-family-photography-6tarpon-springs-childrens-and-family-photography-51Loved photographing you, L. Family- and especially loved photographing in Tarpon Springs.  So fun!  Thanks for the invite!

Lock up your sons.. (Tampa Children/Family Photographer)

It seems like I have been photographing alot of precious little boys recently, so it was fitting that my first little girl in a while be as beautiful as Ava.  Boy, is her daddy going to be in trouble come the teen-age years!  I have been photographing Ava since she was in her mommy’s tummy and it is so amazing to me to see how she is growing like such a weed!  Just like Paige (see below), Peggy and I were sorority sisters together in ZTA at the University of Florida.  Oh, how times have changed.  We have all traded in our lavalieres for diamonds and designer jeans- it sure is fun to upgrade.  Ha!  Enjoy your images, Peggy and Tim- and GO GATORS!tampa-childrens-photographer-9tampa-family-photography-7tampa-family-photography-7atampa-childrens-photogrpher-11
